看完底漆层和面漆层的介绍，那是不是有疑惑，那干嘛还要施工一个“中涂层”，为什么要有专门的中涂环氧地坪漆材料？1、底漆层，这个是为了封闭混凝土的空隙，防止地下的水汽、空气，腐蚀性物质上浮对环氧地坪造成损害。2、面漆层，这个图层直接面对使用者，它一方面需要能抗人们的行走，机械的摩擦，另一方面还需要能隔绝外界存在的腐蚀性物质从上层侵入环氧地坪漆内部。

1、增强耐磨性能。环氧地坪漆的性质决定。环氧环氧地坪漆是固化成膜类环氧地坪漆，它是通过在混凝土表面形成保护涂膜来完成它的保护使命，有如我们的皮肤。但因为是成膜，那就是可以被磨损。地坪漆工程越薄，则越容易被磨损光。而中涂就是夹在底漆和面漆中间，提高环氧地坪工程耐磨性能，使用年限的关键。

2、增加厚度。一般的地坪漆底漆和面漆施工后，只会产生0.2-0.5mm的涂层，这样不仅耐磨很差，还给人们走在上面的体验很差。这个大家应该都有感受，厚的环氧地坪工程有一定弹性，走在上面很舒适，摔倒了也不会很疼。

3、降低成本。由于中涂层不需要承担防护各种有害物质侵害的任务，那对他的要求实际上是可以降低一点点的。而且中涂层是在环氧地坪涂层的中间，你再五颜六色也没人能看到，于是色粉可以省掉。所以中涂一般会比面漆和底漆来得便宜。

3, reduce costs. Since the coating does not have to take on the task of protecting against various harmful substances, the requirement for it can actually be reduced a little.
